FC BAYERN MUNCHEN VS FC ZENIT ST.PETERSBURG
Bayern Munchen had an unfortunate 1-1 first leg draw at Allianz Arena with an own goal from Lucio.
FIRST HALF
The match started off with one aim by Bayern Munchin and that was to get as much out of the home game as possible.
In the 17th minute Fernando Ricksen was cautioned by the referee which resulted in a penalty for Bayern Munchen.
Ricksen will now have to miss the second leg of the semi finals in suspension.
Frank Ribery's penalty shot bounced off Vyacheslav Malafeev's hands in the 18th minute but the French footballer manged to score on the rebound.
Viktor Feyzulin received a yellow card in the 28th minute.
For the rest of the first half Zenit hit hard to get back into the game with an almost goal from Igor Denisov who's shot was blocked.
Zenit's goalkeeper, Malafeev, made plenty of beautiful saves from Bayern's constant attacking side.
SECOND HALF
The second half continued to be a full game of fouls, free kicks and almost near goals.
With a kick from Zenit's Viktor Feyzulin into the penalty area Bayern Munchen's Lucio scored a header into his own goal in the 60th minute.
Now equal on the score board Bayern persisted even harder to go into the second leg with an advantage from the home game.
Christian Lell substituted Bastian Schweinsteiger in the 66th minute and Michael Rensing replaced Oliver Kahn the following minute.
Radek Sirl was cautioned in the 75th minute and Andrie Arshavin was cationed in the 79th.
Philip Lahm was substituted for Toni Kroos in the 80th minute for Bayern.
With a total of four yellow cards, Zenit loses three players to suspension one of which is the team's captain.

The match ended after five minutes of extra time.
Bayern and Zenit will meet again in a week from today to for a place in the finals.
